What I’m doing now Link to heading
I’m currently in the final stages of my Ph.D. journey, diving into exciting soil virology and bioinformatics projects, to uncover cool biological insights.
One of my major tasks is extracting remaining soil samples and analyze them using the recently developed viromics pipeline, SOVAP, which I have released in this study.
Additionally, I’m working on a beta version of a global viromics analysis pipeline, which is close to being released. Alongside that, I’m polishing up two side scripts to analyze downstream results of SOVAP, bringing them to their final stage before release.
You can find me at the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Research and Development Centre (RDC), Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC).
If you share an interest in my research and wish to collaborate or have any exciting ideas, feel free to reach out. Whether it’s an invitation, a joint project, or simply a chance to geek out together!
